Opening of the new tram section between the ‘Gare Centrale’ and ‘Lycée Bouneweg’ on 11 September 2022

On Sunday 11 September 2022, the tram will festively welcome its first passengers on its new section between the ‘Central Station’ and Bonnevoie.

On Sunday 11 September 2022, the tram will take a new step forward with two new tram stations in Bonnevoie: ‘Leschte Steiwer/Dernier Sol’ and ‘Lycée Bouneweg’, a new multimodal interchange. From now on, the line will serve 17 stations and will link the Plateau du Kirchberg to Bonnevoie.

To celebrate this new service, a series of activities and games for young and old will take place from midday until 6pm at the new ‘Lycée Bouneweg’ interchange. You can find more information about the above-mentioned event under this link.
